Well, that escalated quickly!


Try this simple but intense workout

EMOM 30


1. 22 squats & 12 pushups


2. 20 walking lunges on the step


3. 15 leg raises to toe touch


Wearing a weighted vest “Add 1 rep to the squats and pushups every round, so round 3 will be 24 squats and 14 pushups


You can do this without any kit, and work the reps up until you find your intensity and repeat 👏
