10 dumbbell push-ups ~20 pace farmers carry
400metre run

After every run add in an extra round so by round 3 you will repeat the routine 3 times eg 🔥
10 Dumbbell deadlift ~20 pace farmers carry
10 dumbbell push-ups ~20 pace farmers carry x 3 then 400 metre run
