Goblet squat/ sumo squat/ front rack squat/ or standard squat
Pushups
Goblet Lunges
Bent over row (half reps each arm dumbbell)
Sit-ups (25,20,15,10,5)

35 double unders / 70 singles or high knees
10 single arm devil press or snatches
