Here is my bodyweight training day 1 workout

50 Double unders
5 x 10 Pullups
5 x 10 smith dips (overhand grip)
5 x 10 smith dips (Supinated grip)
5 x 5 One handed Australian Pullups (overhand grip)(smith machine)
5 x 5 One handed Australian Pullups (Supinated grip)(smith machine)
3 x 10 Plyometric pushups (hold at bottom)
Max time hold Dead hang
